Server Logs
Like all websites, I automatically receive information from your browser:

This is standard for all websites and helps me understand how the site is used and for security purposes.
ROI Calculator
When you use my ROI calculator, you enter data like employee count, hourly rates, and hours spent. This data is processed entirely in your browser and is never stored, transmitted, or sent to my servers.You control the calculator—close your browser and the data is gone.
Contact Form
When you use my contact form, I collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
This data is sent via Resend email service and transmitted to my email address.I use this information only to respond to your inquiry. I do not use it for marketing, selling, or sharing with third parties.
Calendar Scheduling
My "Book a meeting" link redirects you to Cal.com, my external scheduling platform. You control what information you provide to Cal.com. I don't receive that data.
Analytics Cookies
If you accept the analytics banner, I load Google Analytics 4 and may set cookies to measure anonymous page visits and understand site usage. Analytics only loads after you give consent, and I do not use it to build user profiles.
How I Use Your Information
- Server logs: Site operations, security monitoring, and understanding how the site is used
- ROI calculator inputs: Not used—data stays in your browser only
- Contact form: Data is sent to my email via Resend and used only to respond to your inquiry
- Calendar scheduling: Data stays with Cal.com; I don't see it
Third-Party Services
Resend
I use Resend for sending contact form emails. When you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message are transmitted to Resend's service to deliver the email to my inbox. Resend's privacy policy is available at: resend.com/privacy
Cal.com
I use Cal.com for meeting scheduling. When you click "Book a meeting," you're redirected to their site. Cal.com collects information according to their privacy policy. See their privacy policy at: cal.com/privacy
Web Server
Standard server logs are retained according to my hosting provider's policies.
What I Don't Collect
- Google Analytics 4: Enabled only if you explicitly accept the site analytics banner. Data collected is limited to anonymized page view information and is not used to build user profiles.
- No tracking pixels, and no analytics cookies unless you consent
- No ROI calculator data storage
- No email list or newsletter
- No user accounts or profiles
Data Retention
- Server logs: Retained per my hosting provider's standard policies
- ROI calculator inputs: Not retained—processed only in your browser
- Contact form submissions: Stored in my email inbox and may be retained for reference purposes. You can request deletion by emailing me.
Your Rights
- Right to know what data I hold about you (which is minimal)
- Right to ask me about my privacy practices

I maintain standard security practices for my website. However, I collect minimal personal data, so there's minimal risk. The most sensitive information (ROI calculator inputs) never leaves your browser.
